01. Business & Contact Information
These terms relate to services offered under the trading name Royal Touch Spa & Turkishbath and the use of our website, royaltouchspaturkishbath.com.
34400 Beyoğlu / İstanbul, Türkiye
The legal service provider’s full registered name and applicable registration details must be identified in the pre-contract information and transaction documents supplied before you enter into a binding purchase. The trading name on this page does not replace those disclosures.
02. Scope of This Agreement
This page explains the general terms for website use, appointment enquiries and spa, massage and Turkish bath services. Details agreed for a particular booking form part of that booking together with any legally required pre-contract information.
Browsing this website, opening WhatsApp or submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a paid booking, authorise a payment or waive any consumer right.
If these terms conflict with a mandatory provision of applicable consumer law, that legal protection prevails. No provision on this page excludes rights that cannot legally be restricted.
03. Appointments & Confirmation
Appointment requests may be made through the contact channels shown on our website. A request remains subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Before accepting a booking, please review the confirmed service, date, time, duration, total payable amount and any applicable payment or cancellation conditions. Ask for clarification if anything differs from your request.
- Provide accurate contact details so that we can respond to your request and communicate booking changes.
- Keep the written confirmation and any payment receipt for your records.
- Specific therapist requests or additional facilities are included only where expressly confirmed.
- Arrangements for minors require prior discussion and any consent or supervision required by applicable law.
04. Service Information & Payment
The scope of the service, session duration, total charge, applicable taxes, any deposit and accepted payment method must be explained before you commit to a purchase. Optional extras require your agreement.
Website photographs illustrate the atmosphere and service experience. Particular rooms, products or facilities should not be assumed to be included unless stated in the service description or booking confirmation. This does not limit our responsibility for accurate advertising and service information.
If payment is requested in advance, obtain the payment details directly through our published contact channels and retain the transaction record. Do not send card security codes, passwords or one-time banking verification codes through WhatsApp.
05. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changing or cancelling your appointment
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule or advise us of a delay. Rescheduling depends on availability. Any booking-specific cancellation deadline, deposit condition or late-arrival arrangement must be disclosed before the booking is accepted.
This page does not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit, automatic no-show charge or fixed cancellation penalty. Any proposed charge must have a valid contractual and legal basis and must not override mandatory consumer rights.
Changes made by us
If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we will notify you and discuss an alternative. You are not required to accept a substitute service or a voucher in place of a refund where a refund is legally due.
Refund handling
Refunds that are due will be processed within the applicable legal deadline. For a valid statutory withdrawal from a distance service contract, reimbursement is generally due within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the legally required payment method and without an additional refund fee.
06. Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Where a purchase qualifies as a distance contract under Turkish consumer law, a consumer generally has 14 days from the conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions and information requirements. Not every telephone or WhatsApp enquiry constitutes such a contract.
Exceptions may apply, including services begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires, or qualifying leisure services agreed for a specific date or period. A scheduled spa appointment is not automatically treated as exempt merely because it has a date.
Any applicable exception and necessary consent must be addressed before purchase or early performance. General acceptance of this page is not a separate request to begin a service early. Failure to provide required withdrawal information may extend the statutory period.
To give notice, send a clear written statement identifying your booking and your decision to withdraw, using our published written contact channel or postal address. Keep a copy and evidence of delivery. A telephone enquiry alone may not satisfy formal notice requirements.
07. Service Quality & Consumer Remedies
Services must meet the agreed description and the standards required by applicable law. If you believe a service has not been provided as agreed, please tell our team so that the concern can be assessed.
Under Turkish consumer law, remedies for a defective service may include re-performance, free repair of a resulting work where relevant, a proportionate reduction in the charge or withdrawal from the contract. The availability and application of these remedies depend on the legal conditions, including feasibility and proportionality.
Other rights, including compensation where legally justified, remain available. Reporting a concern during your visit can help us respond promptly, but failure to raise it immediately does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
08. Wellbeing, Consent & Respectful Conduct
Our spa and massage services are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not presented as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and individual experiences vary.
Before your session, discuss any relevant sensitivities, allergies or circumstances that may affect the safe delivery of your chosen service. If you are unsure about suitability, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Avoid sending detailed medical records through general messaging.
- You may ask for pressure or comfort adjustments and may request that a treatment stop at any time.
- Staff and guests must respect personal boundaries, privacy and professional conduct throughout the visit.
- Harassment, abusive behaviour and requests outside the professional scope of the service are not acceptable.
- A service may need to be postponed or stopped where there is a reasonable safety concern. Any payment consequences must be considered fairly and in accordance with the law.
Consent to receive a treatment does not release the service provider from its legal duties of care.
09. Website Use & External Services
Please use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or misuse appointment channels.
Website text, branding, photographs and design elements may be protected by intellectual property rights. Reuse beyond what the law permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other external platforms open services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their operation. Opening an external link does not itself confirm an appointment.
Temporary website interruptions may occur. If you cannot reach a booking feature, please use our published telephone number. An interruption does not cancel an already confirmed booking or remove any rights arising from it.
10. Privacy & Communications
Personal information supplied during an enquiry or booking must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law, including Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 where applicable.
This agreement is not a substitute for a privacy notice and does not constitute blanket consent to processing personal data, health information or marketing communications. Applicable privacy information must be provided separately.
Booking-related communications and promotional communications serve different purposes. Making an enquiry or booking does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing messages.
Please contact us through the details above to request the applicable privacy information or ask how to submit a data-protection request.
11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
To raise a concern, contact us with your name, booking date, the service concerned, a description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting. Include relevant confirmation or payment records, while avoiding unnecessary sensitive information.
We will review the information and seek an appropriate resolution. You do not have to give up a statutory remedy or accept a replacement service in order to have a complaint considered.
Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in Türkiye, depending on the applicable monetary limits and procedural rules. Mandatory pre-action mediation applies where required by law. The limits in force when the application is made should be checked.
These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction that removes a consumer’s legally available forum. Contacting us first does not prevent you from using the competent authorities.
12. Updates & Interpretation
This page may be updated to reflect changes in services, operating arrangements or legal requirements. The date above identifies the version of this general notice.
Later changes do not retrospectively remove rights or introduce new charges for an existing booking. Any proposed change to a confirmed booking must be communicated and agreed where required.
This English version is provided for accessibility and convenience. Any mandatory disclosures, language requirements and consumer protections under applicable law remain unaffected.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will not be applied to the extent prohibited by law. The remaining provisions apply only insofar as they remain lawful and fair.
